Webinteam was born in 2015 from the collaboration of three freelance professionals who decided to share their competences and experiences for a common project. The associates have always dealt with software development, mainly customized and web-based.
With a focus on managing systems in various fields (medical dosimetry, equipment maintenance, production processes, orders, invoicing, bookings, credit recovery,...), Webinteam has developed its own CMS which can be used to manage different kinds of data, both online and offline. Besides, the company has been developing web sites, e-commerces, marketplaces and other customized web solutions.
The CMS is the base for the Company ERP, which grants a total control on all modules developed so far and in future. An open system that can be integrated with/within third parties softwares facilitating data transfer to collaborators, customers and suppliers.
Webinteam was accredited by SDI (Sistema di Interscambio), the Italian Data Exchange System used for sending/receiving XML invoices, compulsory in Italy since 2019.
The company is certified ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management system) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information security management systems).
Webinteam has been developing softwares without using frameworks, using open source languages, in particular those related to the web: mainly PHP, Java, Javascript, NodeJs, HTML5, CSS and MySql for databases.
Our software is shaped according to specific needs, with the possibility to interface with third parties softwares and different languages.
Special attention is dedicated to architecture, starting from the assumption that a software must be re-usable, understandable and easily transferred and/or used.
A “clean” structure also means easy maintenance and scalability, which are necessary elements in case of customized projects that must be adapted to client expansion and growing needs.
Teamwork requires a good starting organization: everybody must be updated about the job, there cannot be overlapping activities, space enough for the introduction of a new resource must be granted within an on-progress project.

The choice to adopt the AGILE Method was a direct consequence of focussing on customer requests, optimizing time, resources and results.
The method is strictly connected to the logic of customized software that requires the creation of “modules” that customers test before closing the project: shared working activities and results measurement step by step.
Webinteam can adopt different communication protocols to interface with third parties systems: accounting or invoicing softwares, newsletter managing system, cost analysis tools, it does not matter which software the company may use for its internal activities. Our approach tends to minimize the impact of changement in the company, identifying first of all the possibility to interconnect softwares: e-commerce data can merge into the company ERP, connect to the products warehouse and invoicing system and finally drive users to a marketing automation platform.
